Dear Readers,

The other day, to search for a story of mine, I Googled my name (there is even a name for the condition which leads you to search for your name online.) and the results threw up several links for my blogs. That Live Feed thingie along the side bar of my blog also led to me a few blogs. What I noticed was that many of you, my dear readers, have put up a link to my blog on your blog rolls. Thanks you for that, it is always good to know my ranting is read by more people.

But what I appeal to you all is that when you do link my blog or add me to your reading list, please do let me know, Drop in a comment and I will be able to read your blogs too.

Thank you for all the support.

And keep reading. :-)

Any particular reason for restricting the comment option?

I find that only those with a Google account can comment. In fact, there are a number of non-Google-account bloggers now, mainly who blog on Wordpress.

I suggest on the comment option on the settings page, enable "Anyone" but keep the Word Verification option on to prevent spam comments.

If you want to avoid anonymous comments too, enable: "Registered Users - includes OpenID"... And continue to keep the Word Verification on.

This way even people who have no Google account will be able to leave a comment.

Probably that will also attract more comments on your blog.

This is just a suggestion, think it over.
